ian, the hall, plaster, my shoulders

Ian and I plastered the hall, plaster boarded one ceiling plastered 2 and a little wall. Took all day and I was very tired. Today I wake up with a significantly painful; neck and shoulders, this has gone off through the day and with the help of a few paracetamols :)
