new job

What a rollercoaster of a day

7.30 - 9.10 Moderate anxiety
Interview process from 9.10 to 1.40
Waiting patiently from 1.40 - 4.30
Agonising wait from 4.30 - 7.10
Over the moon from 7.10 - now!!!!

To unravel that, at 7.10 I got offered a corker of a job :)

calm before the storm

weather forecast for the next few days is stormy to say the least, am glad I'm not on west coast with a caravan. Hope it passes and isn't all it's building up to be and that theres no damage done!

we are now 7

these are our codes in borg terms

1 of 7 - Elaine
2 of 7 - me
3 of 7 - Moses
4 of 7 - Charlie
5 of 7 - Peanut
6 of 7 - Oscar
7 of 7 - Bessie

7 of 7 has definitely made herself at home, I was allow to fuss her head a bit today which is an honour, she hasn't had much human contact so we have to tame her a bit,

6 of 7 and 7 of 7 when out in their new run today, they loved it!

bab's birthday tonight so buffet tea round Ian and Nets we really nice evening, laine was on funny form, she makes me laugh lots. Trivial pursuit and charades were not bad either

Photos, okay then :)

I am now about to get Laine from her placement, after today she has 4 shifts to go :)

concrete, soil and sunshine oh and rabbit

Wek here's photos of Bessie, but Bessie isn't coming to live with us, she just too strong for our Ocsar so he's meeting some other lady rabbit now. I'm going to visit him on Weds to see if he's found that special someone, who knows. The lady thinks he might be deaf, what next I ask myself.

Yesterday I went over to Ian's to do some gardening, we ended up moving at least 40 ton of soil (okay maybe not that much) It coming together thou now :)

Today was sunshiney so I played in my garden after making some soup. Started to chip away at the concrete to see what joys lay ahead, you see look?

the saga of the bunnies

Well Oscar is still away in Hatton, he and Bessie are getting on well but, due to his previous illness and the slight disabilities he now has being slightly wobbly, there are some teething problems. What's happening is that when Oscar gets friendly Bessie gives him a nudge, but due to her being a bit bigger than him she knocks him flying :) This as you can imagine have it's is a bit of a hazard.
So i gotta ring back on Sunday to see how things are going, they may have calmed down and all will be well or Oscar may need to wait for a smaller bunny girlfriend. This is all so so complicated!!!
When he or they or whoever does return I got them a fab new outdoor run which will take up most of the grass until we get some concrete down up and more grass down.
I watching Babylon 5 before I go across the road for breakfast and some DIY :)
