derby
me and laine went off to derby yesterday shopping for laines postponded birthday. Was a fab day with a nice dinner, coffee and cookies :)
Laine shopped until we both dropped
We spent a lot of time on the M1 in congestion on the way up and an accident on the way home
i took moses and charlie to the vets, they behaved brilliantly, moses a scaredy (editted by me) cat, charlie a little hissy but polite to the vet.
i'm off to melton today for a fancy dress party

hayfever
i hate having hayfever, I never suffered from it as a kid but as I have matured (:)) its seems to get me every year. Today I am snotty and itchy and the worse thing is it make me feel lethergic as I am a bit of a doing person so these 2 things conflict.
I've just dropped my car off for it's service and MOT, then I'm off for a haricut, not something I enjoy but is a necessity. Then another trip to the tip anf finally offering my help to the Poole who''s house in parts resembles a building site and they have a visitor saying for a week orso from Thursday.
Laine is still attacking her essay and revision, feels like she been doing it for months, it's been a hard slog this year cos uni has run while she's been working so she hasn't had any free weeks to get it done. I don't envy her at all!!

3 sleeps and reversing
Ian has a trailer and sometimes we find excuses to drive it around Coventry. Today we went to the tip.
I can't reverse the trailer and Ian generally has to get out and unhitch and then move it by hand. Anyways on our way round to the tip we had to take Babs some washing. So while Ian was delivering said washing I reversed the trailer, was soooooo chuffed with myself I took photos to show people :)

off on hols
we are going on holiday - oh yes we are
first things first i have made of my breakfast a gammon steak, tomato and tomtato sauce grilled sandwich, it is lovely!!!!!!!!
we are going on our hols tomorrow with the Pooles (Net, Ian, Leah) we are going down to Somerset Brean Sands, the weather forecast isn't looking too fantastic but I am in high spirits, there is a beach, animals, water, walks a swimming pool and our lovely caravan so what more could we want!!
I have got me things ready and I will admit I have packed 2 jumpers just incase :)
I tried our new "blows it's self up and deflates it self" airbed, it really did what it said on the box and all in 80 secs, how much easier can life get?!!
We went out of Enisa's birthday yesterday, her b'day is the sames as Laines 23rd but she was at college, she seems happier than she's been for a while which was nice to see!
Me mum and Baz came down as well, was nice to have them their, Baz and Pete got talking houses and extentions, me mum fell in love with the Burnette's stairs :)
Me grandad been poorly though, had to have paramedics out cos he couldn't breathe, still at home though, think he's determinded not to go into hospital.
Oh and me car is in for it's MOT, asked the very nice chaps at Stones Garage if they could hit my windowscreen wiper with a hammer cos it makes a click noise when I go fast in the rain.

Funny old days
Morning all, I've just finished work well an hour ago.
My car is making a very loud noise when I steer right, I think my wheel bearing is going. I'm off to the garage to get it looked at tomorrow. I love my garage, I ring them and they always say we'll have a quick look tomorrow and sort it from then and they have fixed all my faults no problems :)
I had a busy old day but got loads done, read some of a report by RSA on the current drugs legislation and why it should change, it was an interesting read although some of my collegeues disagreed on how interesting it was!!!
I just rang my grandparents to wish them a happy 55 wedding anniversay. 55 year, 55, 55! My grandad is poorly, he has cancer and isn't looking good but is amazing, he's full of life and seems to have no fear of death he says he knows wheres he's going and is looking forward to meeting him.
Mucho respect for my grandad!
